f. Internships & Industry Exposure : On-the-job training through partner companies, Guest lectures, site visits

g. Certification & Evaluation : Skill assessments (written/practical), Recognized certificates (NSDC, sector councils, etc.)

h. Job Placement & Career Support : Resume writing, mock interviews, Job fairs and tie-ups with local employers

i. Post-Training Follow-Up : Track employment/self-employment, Offer mentorship and alumni support
